Having gained valuable organisational experience in public and private sectors (in Ireland and UK), I established my own practice on my return to Ireland. I have worked with all age groups, individuals, high performance teams, various training groups, management teams and steering committees (charity/voluntary).
I coach individual Clients now and adopt a coaching-oriented manner in all training work.
I work with other Coach and Training professionals who provide valuable insight and skills on any programme that we offer. The contribution offered by my team members deepens the focus and broadens the range of support that is required to ensure both quality input and output.
